Kashif Saif

Kashif Saif has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Kashif is currently serving as the CFO - Finance and Information Systems at Filtran LLC, a global leader in automotive filtration solutions. Prior to this, Kashif was the Vice President Finance at Broadwind. Kashif also worked at Tenneco as the Operations Controller, where they managed a team and supported business operations. Before that, they held the position of Finance Director - Finance and Analysis at Multi-Pack Solutions. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Director Finance and Information Systems (Group CFO) at Jason Industries, Inc, overseeing the finance, audit, controls, and information systems of the group. Kashif has also worked at Tempel as the Finance Lead - Finance and Control NA and at CNH Industrial as the Contruction Business Global FP&A, as well as in the roles of Corporate FP&A/Investor Relations. Kashif started their career at Abbott Laboratories, where they worked as a Sr. Analyst- FP&A /Commercial FP&A and as an Operations Analyst - FP&A, providing financial analysis and support to various divisions.

Kashif Saif holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the John Sperling School of Business, UOP. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, with a focus on accounting information systems, from St. Cloud State University.

In addition to their formal education, Kashif has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications in Excel Business Intelligence: Power Query, Strategic Planning Foundations, Problem Solving Techniques, Critical Thinking, Corporate Finance: Robust Financial Modeling, Executive Education - Mergers and Acquisition, and Financial Analysis: Making Business Projections. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn and the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
