Jonathan Neale

Jonathan Neale is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Non Executive Chairman at Filtronic, Chairman at City Energy Network Ltd, Non Executive Chairman at Whyte Bikes Limited, and Director and Trustee at The Foundation For Science and Technology, Jonathan has held impactful roles such as Group Chief Operating Officer at McLaren Group. Jonathan's tenure at McLaren extended from 2001 to 2021, where roles included Chief Operating Officer and CEO at McLaren Racing. Previously, Jonathan directed multi-site military aircraft projects at BAE Systems and holds degrees in Physics and Electronics from the University of Nottingham and an MBA from Manchester Metropolitan University.
