Meet FIM Health, a holistic and integrative nutrition center where we believe Food Is Medicine (FIM). Founded by Guanlan Tracy Liu, a registered dietitian raised by her herbalist grandmother and chef grandfather in China, FIM Health was born from Tracy’s own journey overcoming an eating disorder and PCOS. Frustrated with traditional healthcare, she set out to create a more holistic and integrative approach.
We specialize in hormone balance, metabolism, and gut health using functional food and herbs. We treat conditions like PCOS, menopause, eating disorder/disordered eating, pregnancy and postpartum, obesity, prediabetes/diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol/triglyceride, fatty liver, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, IBD, SIBO, irregular bowel movement, and more.
