Dr. John C. Grech is the Chairman of FIMBank plc and several private companies, having founded EMCS Ltd in 1983 and chaired it until December 2014. They previously held significant leadership roles with institutions such as the Malta Development Corporation and the Malta University Services Ltd. Dr. Grech was a lead founder of the Mediterranean Bank Network and has served in advisory capacities to specialized United Nations bodies. They hold a Ph.D. in International Economics and are an active Business and Management Consultant, currently researching the 21st Century Organisation.
