Steven Liao is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in EMV card and terminal/mobile certification projects at Fime since May 2016. As a Senior Technical Consultant, Steven leads consultant teams, collaborates with sales and presales to define project requirements, and enhances compliance success rates through comprehensive test case reviews. Earlier roles include providing technical consultation for EMV technologies, defining testing strategies, and receiving the 2021 FIME Award for enabling customers. Prior to Fime, Steven worked at Macronix as a Baseband Algorithm Engineer, focusing on 4G LTE baseband algorithm design. Steven holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.
