Vita, Yi Jen Wang, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and management within the payment and certification sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence and Country Manager at Fime since July 2013, Vita leads the Asia team in Taipei, focusing on payment, authentication, and smart mobility services. Prior roles at Fime include APAC Regional Manager positions overseeing Lab and Customer Certification Project Management teams across multiple countries. Previous experience includes customer service roles at National Instruments and UL, where skills in sales, customer satisfaction, and team leadership were developed. Vita holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University and dual bachelor's degrees in Law and English Language and Literature from Soochow University.
