Giovanni Manchia

Giovanni Manchia has an extensive work experience in the power hardware design and development field. Giovanni recently joined FIMER S.p.A as the Chief Technology Officer in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Riello UPS as the Power Hardware Design Manager from April 2022 to January 2023. Giovanni also had a long tenure at ABB, where they served as the Power Hardware Development Manager from August 2018 to April 2022 and as the Electrical Design Manager from May 2014 to August 2018. Giovanni started their career at Power-One as an Electrical Design Engineer and later became the Design Engineering Team Leader.

Giovanni Manchia received a Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Elettronica from Università degli Studi di Salerno, starting in 2005 and completing in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Elettronica from the same university, from 2002 to 2005.
