Ilkka Pihlainen

Ilkka Pihlainen is a leadership and project management professional with extensive experience in business and strategy development, particularly in the energy and environmental sectors. They currently serve as Project Director at Fimpec, managing large-scale EPCM and OE projects. Previously, they have held roles such as CEO and Leading Specialist at Boyard Oy, where they developed cleantech consultancy services, and Project Manager at Pöyry Finland Oy, overseeing renewable energy projects. Ilkka possesses a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from Mercuria Business School.
