They have held various significant roles, including Financial Director at multiple organizations, and Financial Controller at Berkeley Homes, where they were instrumental in financial reporting and budgeting. Lee has a strong entrepreneurial background, having successfully established and managed several businesses that provide financial support to SMEs across diverse sectors. They are passionate about mentoring and coaching personnel to help them reach their potential and drive business growth. Currently, Lee serves as a Fractional CFO at fin-house and continues to excel in financial leadership roles.
