Jason Kim

Jason Kim has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Jason started their career at MD Global Partners, LLC as an Investment Banking Analyst, where they were involved in various financial analysis and due diligence projects. Jason then joined Finacity Corporation as an Analyst and progressed through roles such as Senior Analyst, Associate, and Director. In their most recent position at Finacity Corporation, they served as the Managing Director - Head of Deal Structuring, Management & Execution, where they specialized in structuring and developing financial models for the securitization of receivables and advising banks on risk-based capital requirements. Jason also worked at Finacity Capital Management, a subsidiary of Finacity Corporation, as a Senior Director, focusing on facilitating trade receivables securitizations for companies with smaller portfolios. Overall, Jason Kim has a strong background in deal structuring, financial modeling, and financial analysis.

Jason Kim attended Duke University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree. Their field of study included Biomedical Engineering and Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business from 2009 to 2010. During this time, they obtained a Master of Management Studies degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In December 2010, Jason also passed the Level I Exam of the CFA Institute. Additionally, in April 2022, they received a certification in ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training from ESET North America.
