Jim Helton

Jim Helton is a seasoned film video editor with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the industry. Currently serving as a Film Video Editor at Final Cut since 2017 and at Deleon Bear Films since 2011, Jim has demonstrated a strong commitment to the craft. Previous roles include freelance video editing at Outpost Digital from 2001 to May 2011, and directing and supervising editing for the television show "Ironic Iconic America" at @radical.media in 2008. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1993 and 1996. Notable work includes directing projects such as "Love Kills Demons" and "A Study of Legs."
