Raphael Belchior

Raphael Belchior currently serves as the HR & Culture Manager at Final Level Co since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Employer Brand Manager at Tino and Employer Branding Specialist at XP Inc. Between 2019 and 2018, Raphael held various positions in employer branding, advancing from Employer Branding Jr. at Stone to Employer Branding Sr. at Softplan Planejamento e Sistemas. Additional experience includes content production roles for the Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and MultiRio. Raphael earned a degree in Digital & Data Science with a focus on Marketing from FIAP and completed a course at Escola PM3 in 2022.
