Jeanette Dunn

Jeanette Dunn has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of SVP of Program Management at Final Offer, a role they began in 2021. In addition, they are a Partner at Hoffman Resources, LLC, where they work alongside their colleagues to create and manage various business entities and investments. Their primary role within the company is as the COO of AquaBrew, LLC, located in San Marcos, TX.

Before joining Final Offer and Hoffman Resources, LLC, Jeanette worked at Bullhorn as the Director of Program Management from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they managed the delivery path and release schedule for new code implementation and oversaw SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance processes and reporting.

Prior to Bullhorn, Jeanette held multiple roles at erecruit enterprise staffing software. From 2010 to 2019, they served as the Senior Vice President of Program Management & Quality Assurance, Senior Vice President of Program Management, and Vice President of Client Services. Within this company, they worked on the development and implementation of staffing firm management platforms and provided comprehensive solutions for front office, back office, commission calculation, invoicing, and payroll.

Jeanette's career began as an HR Consultant, Operations, and Senior Recruiter at Hoffman Recruiters from 1997 to 2010. Before that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Second Source from 1993 to 1997.
