Federico Baradello has a long and varied work experience. In 2005, they were a Rosenthal Fellow at the U.S. Department of State. In 2006, they were an Associate at Pepper Financial Services Group (f/k/a Oakwood Group). In 2008, they Co-Founded 30 Summit. In 2010, they were a Law Clerk at the US Department of Homeland Security. In 2011, they were a Summer Associate at Steptoe & Johnson LLP and a Legal Extern at Clifford Chance LLP. In 2012, they were an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. In 2016, they were a Professor of Law & Business at Hult International Business School. In 2017, they were the Chief Partnership Officer at WIN - World Identity Network and the Founder & CEO of Finalis.

Federico Baradello began their education in 1997 at Redwood High School, TUHSD, where they completed their secondary education. Federico then attended the University of California, Berkeley's Academic Talent Development Program from 1996 to 1999. In 2001, they graduated from Princeton University with an AB in Public Policy & International Affairs, Latin American Studies, and European Politics & Society. In 2004, they took part in the University of California, Berkeley's PPIA Summer Institute in Public Policy. In the same year, they also visited the University of Oxford to study European Union Studies, British History, and Civil Liberties. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Harvard University and received an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. From 2009 to 2012, they attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and obtained a J.D. in Law. Federico also obtained a Ph.D. in Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2006 to 2011. In 2013, they obtained their Attorney certification from the State Bar of California.
