Peter Leggat

Peter Leggat is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Since February 2013, Peter has been working as a Freelance Head Chef, showcasing adaptability in various environments, including corporate and independent settings. Notably, Peter achieved accolades such as being a finalist in the Wedgwood Competition and the British Meat Chef of the Year, along with semi-finalist placement in the National Chef of the Year. Previous roles include Executive Head Chef at Royal Chace Hotel and Head Chef at Tortworth Court Hotel, where Peter demonstrated leadership in kitchen management and menu development. Peter's educational background includes a degree from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, completed between 1970 and 1975.
