Jón Joensen

Jón Joensen is a seasoned IT Leader with over 24 years of experience in network and server infrastructure, cloud computing, and SAP deployments. They currently serve as a Senior Network Expert at Banedanmark and as a Cloud Infrastructure Manager for Finalrentals, where they oversee cloud migrations and ensure infrastructure security and scalability. Jón's previous roles include Senior Network & Infrastructure Architect at KOMBIT, Senior IT Network Consultant at ALDI Nord, and various IT consultancy positions. They hold a degree in Physics from the Technical University of Denmark and possess fluency in multiple languages, enhancing their ability to collaborate in global settings. Outside of work, Jón is an avid marathon runner, football player, and music enthusiast.
