Matthew Smith is an experienced professional in customer support and management, with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as a Data Support Specialist at Finalsite since September 2025, Matthew supports K–12 clients by resolving data-related issues and maintaining data integrity. Previously, as a Customer Success Technician at AcreTrader, Matthew ensured clients maximized the value of a land intelligence platform. Matthew also held the position of Customer Service Manager at The Hip Cafe, focusing on operations and enhancing customer experiences in a vegan setting, and was the Front of House Manager at Pizzeria Ruby, leading a team to deliver exceptional service in a high-volume restaurant.
