Morgan Delack began their work experience as an Assignment Desk Assistant/Field Producer at WBBM-TV in 2006. They then worked as a News Producer at WIFR-TV and CLTV before joining CBS News as an Associate Regional Producer. They also worked as a Freelance Field Producer for 48 Hours Mystery. In 2010, they became a Local Editor at Patch.com. Morgan then transitioned to roles in the field of education, serving as Director of Communications at Barrington 220 School District and later as Chief Communication Officer at Community Consolidated School District 15. Afterward, they worked as a Communications and Marketing Consultant at Delack Media Group. Currently, Morgan holds the position of Vice President of Communications at Finalsite.

Morgan Delack has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Penn State University. Additionally, they have pursued further education at Ithaca College, where they obtained an Executive Master of Science degree in Communications Innovation.
