Ray Kreisel

Ray Kreisel has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ray started their career as a Software Engineer at Sun Microsystems in 1988. Ray then worked as an X Windows Consultant at Digital Equipment Corporation and a C++/Unix Consultant at NEC America. In 1994, they founded FreeMail, Inc. and served as the Technical Lead Engineer. Ray then worked as a Personal Projects developer from 1996 to 2004. From 1994 to 2006, they worked as a Software Engineering Consultant at Remote Scan, Inc. Ray was one of the founders and served as a Product Manager at iCloseby, Inc., where they developed popular iPhone applications. Ray joined Guidewire Software in 2009 and held multiple roles, including Chief Technology Officer. Ray worked on various innovative projects and played a critical role in building and designing cloud-based analytics solutions. In 2021, they joined Veritas Capital as a Tech Executive. Ray Kreisel currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Finalsite since 2023.

Ray Kreisel has a comprehensive education history in the field of Computer Science. Ray completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Towson University between 1983 and 1987. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University, which they completed between 1987 and 1988. In 2022, Ray enrolled in the Harvard Business School Online, where they successfully completed the Harvard VPAL Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age program, specializing in Cyber Security.
