Tracy Aiken

Tracy Aiken currently serves as Vice President of Professional Services at Finalsite, with a focus on operational leadership and client education. Aiken's extensive experience includes prior roles at Amazon, where responsibilities encompassed policy compliance program management and global leader development, significantly enhancing efficiency and onboarding processes. Aiken has also held managerial positions at Galvanize Inc, Oxygen Learning, and Intrepid Learning Solutions, demonstrating expertise in client management and educational services. Additionally, Aiken contributes to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville as an Advisory Board Member for the Women in Leadership Program.
