Michael Jadeja

Michael Jadeja is the General Counsel at Finalto, the financial division of Playtech PLC, since February 2018, overseeing legal matters for a group of regulated entities providing trading and tech solutions. Previously, Michael served as Senior Legal Counsel for Playtech and held the position of Head of Legal for Group M&A and Joint Ventures in China and India at Tesco, where responsibilities included negotiating transactions and managing joint venture relationships. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate role at Berwin Leighton Paisner, focusing on M&A and corporate matters, as well as training and subsequent association at Laytons LLP. Michael holds an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol and an LLB from the University of Reading, complemented by a Legal Practice Course from the College of Law in London.
