Osman Rafiq

Osman Rafiq is an experienced technology leader specializing in trading system development and software engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Trading System Development at Finalto since December 2019, Osman Rafiq leads the technical architecture of distributed trading systems across major financial hubs. Previous positions include Senior Software Engineer roles at Sopra Steria and CFH Group A/S, where responsibilities encompassed API governance, B2B integrations, and the development of trading systems. Osman Rafiq also contributed as a Senior Consultant at Visma Consulting, overseeing software projects and implementing Big Data technologies. Early career experiences include software design engineering at Schneider Electric and senior engineering roles at Terma A/S, focusing on command and control systems for military applications. Osman Rafiq holds a Master's degree in Software Systems Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark.
