Sergei Kudryavtsev began their work experience at FINAM in 2011 as a Sales Manager, responsible for developing the client database, attracting funds, and selling services. Сергей also managed the overall presence of the business in the region. Сергей demonstrated strong motivation and leadership skills in managing a diverse team of employees through constant communication, coaching, and guidance. Additionally, they managed financial performance and worked on improving the quality of services offered. In 2015, they joined Joint Stock Company FINAM Investment Bank as a Regional Manager.
