Sergey Slukin has worked as the Head of DMA and algorithmic trading at FINAM since 2015. Before that, they were a Project Manager for Connectivity and IT at Moscow Exchange from 2011 to 2015 and at RTS Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2011.
Sergey Slukin completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bauman Moscow State Technical University from 2005 to 2011. During this time, they also pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the same university, which they completed in 2011 as well. In 2014, Sergey attended the Higher School of Economics for a short period to study Professional Project Management.
Additionally, Sergey obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2009, they acquired the Brokerage and Dealing Certificate "1.0" from the Federal State Security Commission of the Russian Federation (FSFR). In 2013, they earned several certificates related to security management, including the Stock Exchange Business Certificate "2.0", the Maintaining the Register of Securities Certificate "3.0", the Depository Activity Certificate "4.0", and the Asset Management and Fund Management Certificate "5.0". Later in 2014, Sergey obtained certifications in Microsoft Project and Excel, gaining the MCTS: Microsoft Project, Managing Projects, and MOS: Excel certifications. Sergey also acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI in the same year.
