Darya Ilyenko

Darya Ilyenko, CHRL, currently serves as the VP of People Success at Financeit since September 2024. Previously, Darya was with MiQ from September 2019 to September 2024, initially as HR Director and later as VP of People, leading the Canadian HR team during a transformative period. Darya's experience also includes roles as an HR Manager at Zulu Alpha Kilo Inc., an HR Advisor at Dyson, and various HR positions at Mindshare, including HR Generalist and HR Coordinator. Earlier career experiences featured positions as Summer Camp Coordinator at The 519 Church Street Community Centre and After-school Program Supervisor at Dixie Bloor Neighbourhood Centre. Darya holds a BA (Hons.) in Sociology, Political Science, and Philosophy from the University of Toronto and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
