Joanne Longo

Joanne Longo has extensive experience in the fields of customer service, training, and development, with a career spanning over a decade. Since June 2014, Joanne has held various roles at Financeit, including Manager of Learning & Development, Training Manager, Training Specialist, and Senior Customer Service Representative. Prior to Financeit, Joanne worked at Dundas Data Visualization Inc. as a Customer Satisfaction Representative/Sales Support from October 2009 to March 2014. Joanne also completed a Sales & Marketing Internship at Penguin Random House in late 2008. Joanne holds a degree from the University of Toronto, earned between 2004 and 2009.
