Maria Visconti

Maria Visconti currently serves as Manager of Regulatory Compliance at Financeit, a role assumed in May 2022, with direct reporting to the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer, while collaborating with Legal Counsel and the Cybersecurity team. Previously, Maria held multiple positions at AGF Management Limited from May 2015 to May 2022, including Senior Compliance Analyst and Compliance Specialist. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Registration Officer at the Ontario Securities Commission from April 2013 to February 2015, and as Senior Registration and Compliance Officer at BMO Financial Group from September 2010 to April 2013. Earlier in the career, Maria worked as a Junior Policy Advisor for the Ontario Government from March 2010 to September 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Honours English from McMaster University (2005-2010) and certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (March 2022 - Present).
