Madalsa Joshi is currently the Assistant Vice President of Product Management at LEO1, where they drive user-centered design. With over 7 years of experience in the design field, Madalsa has previously served as a Visual Designer at happierWork Inc. and has held various roles in UI/UX design, including as a UI/UX Lead at Financepeer and Co-Founder at KinetiQ Marketing and Design Studio. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design from Symbiosis International University, complemented by a diploma in Classical Music from Kairagarh University. Additionally, they share their expertise as a Design Mentor at Designerrs, guiding emerging designers in their careers.
