Lee Garber is a General Partner at NewSpring Capital, a private equity firm focused on the lower-middle market, where involvement began in January 2012. In addition to this role, Garber serves on the boards of Financeware, Magna5, and USPack Logistics since 2015, with prior board membership at Avantus Federal from 2018 to 2022. Garber co-founded The Spruce Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to empowering Philadelphia's youth, and held the position of Director and Past Chair from 2007 to 2012.
