Rosemarie Thomas

Rosemarie Thomas has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the financial industry. Rosemarie started their career as a Corporate Counsel at Premier Solutions Limited in 1995 and held this position until 1997. Following that, they joined SunGard Data Systems, Inc. in 1997 as an Assistant General Counsel, a role they held for almost two decades until 2015. In 2016, Rosemarie Thomas became the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Vertical Management Systems, Inc. During this time, they were responsible for overseeing legal matters. Most recently, in July 2019, they joined Financeware as the SVP, General Counsel & Chief Human Resources Officer, where they continue to serve in a leadership role, focusing on legal and human resources responsibilities.

Rosemarie Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S. B.A) with a focus on Psychology and Criminal Law from the University of Scranton, where they studied from 1981 to 1984. Following this, they attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
