Our goal is to provide all Carnegie Mellon University students with the necessary resources, documents, knowledge to be successful within the recruitment process, and then hold them accountable to ensure that they land their dream role. We provide assistance in the areas of Resume Review, Behavioral and Technical Interview Help, as well as providing the necessary documents and resources to students that are interested in recruiting in Finance.

Given the fast paced nature of the recruiting process of roles within finance, our main target audience for the FAST initiative are freshman spring and Sophomore Fall students. That said, we are open to students of all grades and majors, and are here to be used as a resource to help you get where you want to in the world of finance post-college.
