For over 30 years, Brian’s focus and passion has been to help people understand the complex issues surrounding taxes, retirement, wealth management and estate planning.

Prior to joining Financial Gravity, Brian owned a tax practice, a wealth management firm, and an insurance agency. He has been a Vice President for two large insurance companies, a securities broker-dealer, and a national bank. He has taught in Minnesota public schools, at Bethel University and for Kaplan Professional Schools. While teaching at Kaplan Professional Schools, Brian taught over 10,000 Insurance and securities professionals his business ethics course.

As a public speaker, author, consultant and athlete, Brian has traveled to 49 states and 22 different countries. His talents have been featured in numerous newspapers, magazines, radio, and television.

In 2004, Brian authored the heartwarming book, “Please Pass the Memories”.

Brian’s interests and athletic accomplishments include: All-American Decathlete, USA national bobsled team member, 2-time American Bobsled Record Holder, National Bobsled Champion, Olympic Training Center Fitness Record-Holder, Ironman Triathlon Finisher, 5-time gold medalist at the World Firefighter Games, bull riding, scuba diving, parachuting, motorcycling, multiple gold, silver & bronze medals at the U.S. Open, National and World Pickleball Championships and as a decathlete, was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at Augustana University.
