Karli Elder

Karli Elder's work experience begins in 2008 as an Academic Advisor/Mathematics Teacher/Coach at Green Mountain Union High School. From 2011 to 2012, Karli worked as a School Counselor Intern at Keene State College. In 2013, Karli joined the University of Phoenix as an Enrollment Advisor and also started working at Financial Independence Group as an Annuity Case Manager. Karli then had various roles at Financial Independence Group, including Sales Associate, Financial Analyst, Director of Finance, and currently holds the position of Director of Onboarding and Account Management.

Karli Elder earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics from Castleton University, which they attended from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in School Counseling from Keene State College, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their academic achievements, Karli Elder has obtained additional certifications, including The Six Types of Working Genius Certification from The Six Types of Working Genius in August 2021 and a Life Insurance License from the North Carolina Department of Insurance in April 2017.
