Lars Djernæs is a goal-oriented and optimistic cand.scient.pol. with many years of experience as a leader, advocate, and principal coordinator in both Danish and international political contexts. They served as a sales consultant at IBM Danmark ApS from 1987 to 1990, and later held various roles including special consultant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark and senior advisor at the Nordisk Ministerråd. Since 2017, they have been a chief consultant at Finanssektorens Arbejdsgiverforening, where they represent member companies and coordinate educational and labor market policies. Currently, Lars continues to work as a chief consultant at Finans Danmark. Lars earned their degree in Development Economics and International Development from Aarhus Universitet and completed a Mini MBA at Aros Business Academy in 2017.
