Daniel Campos

Daniel Campos has over ten years of professional experience in the technology industry. In 2011, they began their career as a Software Architect at QuickTech.no, where they were responsible for the development area. Daniel then moved on to LeanSolution in 2012, where they worked as an Agilist and Scrum and Lean instructor. In 2012, they joined Ci&T as a Software Architect for the Novo Portal de relacionamento Natura project. Daniel was responsible for maintaining the quality of the development and creating a performance report for Havaianas. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at ClickBus as a Mobile Coordinator, at Evinobr as a Mobile Technical Coordinator, and at PleniSense as the Owner. In 2015, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Tatuhub. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Cetelem as an IT Manager and Head of Digital Factory Brazil, where they were responsible for coordinating partners and outsourcing companies to create the Home Banking in Liferay DXP and the new bank mobile applications. Daniel is currently the CTO and Head of Engineering at Finansystech.

Daniel Campos has an extensive educational background. In 2003, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and studied Styles and Strategies of Leadership. Daniel then pursued a Computer Engineering degree from the same institution from 2003 to 2009. During this time, they also took courses at Ci&T, such as Project Management in the MS Project, Advanced PHP, and Advanced Javascript. Daniel also took System Development Life Cycle for Work Product Management in 2008. In addition, they completed trainings at Johnson & Johnson in 2009, which included Problem Management SOP, ITS Quality Trainning, and Incident Management SOP. In 2006, they also attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and studied The challenges of the globalization.
