Daniel Allan is a commercially minded Employment Lawyer and HR professional with extensive experience in legal, employee relations, benefits, and health and safety issues. Currently the Head of Employment Law & Employee Relations at Finastra, Daniel manages employee relations, litigations, and executive compensation for approximately 7,000 employees across 40 countries. Previously, Daniel held legal leadership roles at Evri, overseeing legal responsibilities for their delivery network and employer relations with trade unions. Daniel began their legal career at Eversheds Sutherland, specializing in employment and immigration law while providing advice to HR professionals and representing corporate clients in tribunals. Daniel earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Politics from The University of Sheffield.
