Derrick Nelson

Derrick Nelson is an experienced professional in product management, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Finastra since June 2017, where Derrick oversees strategic initiatives for compliance and consumer lending solutions in the North American market. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Product Manager at D+H, where Derrick led the strategic direction for mortgage origination solutions, and as Product Manager and Product Management Specialist at D+H U.S. Operations. Derrick's extensive career also includes positions as Senior Mortgage Planner at Eagle Home Mortgage, Loan Operations and Mortgage Relationship Manager at MBank, Owner/Manager at Cascade Funding Mortgage Services, and Loan Officer at Portland Mortgage Company. Derrick holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
