John Rouse is the Director of ServiceDesk Operations at Finastra, a position held since 2017. Prior to this role, they managed operations at filogix from 1995 to 2008 and served in various management positions at Davis + Henderson from 2010 onward, including Manager of Service Desk Operations and roles in Incident Management and Broker Services Management. John completed their HBA in History and English at McMaster University between 1981 and 1985.
