Kat Stone is currently the HRIS Lead at Finastra, where they provide Tier 3 support for various product areas within Workday. Since joining Finastra in 2015 as a Compensation Analyst, Kat has implemented essential projects such as integrating a new company structure and configuring annual performance review cycles. Prior to their current role, Kat managed HR processes and systems at Masco Contractor Services, leading projects and overseeing HRIS staff. They hold a Master of Science in Management from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Florida.
