Stuart Nash

Stuart Nash currently serves as SVP, Global CIO, and Head of the Cornerstone Business Unit at Finastra since October 2021, having been promoted to SVP and invited to the executive leadership team in 2022. In this role, Stuart is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of 15 products and services generating over $250 million in annual revenue and holds the CIO position from June 2022 to June 2025. Previously, Stuart held significant roles including VP Global Head of Business Transformation at the Department of Health and Social Care, where responsibilities included managing the COVID-19 Asymptomatic Testing program, and various leadership positions at Vodafone, focusing on consumer customer care, billing operations, and customer experience, thereby successfully reducing initial demand on contact centers and improving customer satisfaction metrics. Earlier career experiences include roles at Cable & Wireless and Energis PLC, contributing to customer service, quality compliance, and support strategy.
