Travis Benn

Travis Benn is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Principal Legal Counsel at Finastra since August 2005. In this role, Travis focuses on a diverse range of legal and business issues, with particular expertise in intellectual property matters, including patent, copyright, and trademark management, as well as commercial dispute resolution and technology contract drafting. Travis also provides primary legal counsel for various lines of business at Harland Financial Solutions and oversees operations in international markets such as Tel Aviv and Dublin, participating in merger and acquisition due diligence. Prior to Finastra, Travis held the position of In-house Counsel at Portland General Electric and worked as a Consultant at Accenture, where early career contributions included managing large customer relationship management software projects. Travis holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College.
