Max Oakley

Max Oakley has a diverse work experience history. Max began their career at Abercrombie & Fitch as a Model, where they worked from September 2009 to November 2013. Max then transitioned to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Concierge from November 2013 to December 2015. Max moved into the recruitment industry and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Sycamore Recruitment Group from December 2015 to July 2016. Max then joined Investigo as an Associate Consultant in Financial Services, Key Accounts, and Business Change & Transformation from July 2016 to December 2016. Max progressed to the role of Consultant in the same company, where they worked from December 2016 to June 2018. Max then took on the role of Senior Consultant in Key Accounts, Business Change & Transformation from June 2018 to July 2019. Continuing their career progression, Max joined The Consultancy Group (London) as a Senior Consultant in Business Change & Transformation from July 2019 to January 2022, after which they were promoted to Principal Consultant in Finance Transformation until July 2022. Currently, Max is working as a Principal in the Interim Transformation Practice at Finatal, starting from July 2022.

Max Oakley attended Weydon Secondary School from 2002 to 2007, where they earned their GCSE qualification. From 2007 to 2009, they then studied at HSDC Alton and obtained a National Diploma in Sport and Technology.
