Located North of La Cruz and South of Manzanillo and +1800mamsl La Finca Holandesa is a private family farm primarily focusing on high quality coffee production. 
Finca La Holandesa is committed to creating a sustainable future but rather than jump on the stereo typical eco warrior band wagon, Finca La Holandesa puts into practise what it preaches by working to, or helping to achieve the following goals:
-	Production of high quality coffee beans with a limited carbon footprint.
-	Supporting the development of more roasting and production facilities in Colombia so local farmers and the industry in general can prosper further. The exportation of green beans from Colombia is unnecessarily high by reducing this, by a method of roasting and packaging more at source are the only methods to improve quality of coffee but more importantly quality of life and actually cut the coffee drinkers carbon foot print! 
-	Engaging with expert local establishments like Federacion Nacional de Cafeteros, Cenicafe and SENA
-	Traditional and experimental uses for our by-products so that waste is limited while this does involve an interface with chemicals Finca La Holandesa thoroughly researches any chemical that it uses and has solid advice at hand from experienced chemical engineers in Colombia and the Netherlands with an abundance of knowledge and experience in the agricultural and chemical industries.
-	Farm Utilities, at Finca La Holandesa we are always looking at other methods to improve our efficiency and reduce dependency on the local network and fossil fuels by various methods including solar power assistance, diversity plans, local treatment of waste water with microorganisms, harvesting of rainwater and other new innovative methods.
-	Egg farming, our hens are happy, healthy and are free to roam as they please and their life spans are not limited and they range freely!
