Giulia Capozzi

Giulia Capozzi is currently the Head of Continuous Improvement of Process and Tool at FINCANTIERI, where they focus on enhancing efficiency in naval engineering through the integration of innovative solutions. With experience leading Agile-based projects over the past three years, Giulia has worked to incorporate artificial intelligence into engineering design while also engaging in academic outreach. Previously, they held various roles at FINCANTIERI, including Head of Continuous Improvement of Process of Design Department and Process Engineer, and worked as a Fluid Analysis Engineer at Cossutti Yacht Design. Giulia earned a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Università degli Studi di Trieste and has maintained professional credentials with the Ordine degli Ingegneri di Trieste since 2009.
