Timothy Weinstein

Timothy Weinstein currently serves as the Office Director of Enforcement at the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, US Treasury, a position held since May 2023, with prior roles including Acting Office Director and Acting Section Chief. Before joining the Treasury, Timothy Weinstein worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2015 to April 2023 as a Litigation Associate. Timothy Weinstein earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Cornell Law School between 2012 and 2015 and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Northwestern University, attained in 2012.
