Jayana Goal is an experienced professional currently serving as a Programme Manager - Training at Ditto Insurance since February 2022, where responsibilities include training on Term and Health Insurance foundations and auditing quality. Previously, Jayana worked as a Design Manager at Kern Culture, overseeing design projects and team management, and as an Associate - Markets & Relations at Hurun India, supporting business development and managing networking events. Early in the career, roles included Business Development Executive at MeaVita Technologies, Manager at Wow Bake And Grill, and several internships in marketing, programming, and content creation. Jayana holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics and is currently pursuing further education at Stoa.
