Drew Gardner has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Drew currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Finch Paper, which they started in 2023. Prior to this, Drew worked at Atlas Holdings LLC and Atlas Innovate as a Senior Associate from 2019 to 2023. Drew also worked as an Associate at The Blackstone Group from 2018 to 2019.

Drew's early career included roles at GE, where they participated in the Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) program from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they were part of the GE Financial Management Program (FMP) at GE Power & Water from 2014 to 2016.

Before joining GE, Drew had entrepreneurial experience as a Co-Founder of Halo Energie Pvt Ltd from 2012 to 2014. Drew also gained valuable internship experiences at GE Power & Water and Range Resources, where they worked on finance and land projects respectively. Drew began their professional journey as a Lending Intern at The Reinvestment Fund in 2011.

Drew Gardner completed their education at the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State from 2009 to 2014. They obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Energy, Business and Finance & Energy Engineering. Prior to attending Penn State, Drew Gardner attended The Shipley School from 2005 to 2009, where they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
