Ben Weems is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Finch since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ben was a Senior Engineering Manager at Catch, where as a founding engineer, significant contributions included mentoring the Merchant Team and supporting approximately 100 partner merchants. Additionally, Ben held the position of Full Stack Engineer at DoorDash during a period of rapid growth, working to enhance the platform for all primary customer segments. Ben holds both a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
