Lloyd Adiele

Lloyd Adiele is an experienced technology leader in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Payment Switching specialist at FinCode since 2016, where contributions include enhancing payment processing efficiency and implementing cost-reduction strategies. As the Founder and Head of Innovation at FinCode, Lloyd spearheaded the development of advanced financial solutions and managed product engineering teams. Prior roles include Technology Partner and Ex-Interim CTO at CSL Pay and KogoPAY Group, where Lloyd engineered payment technology and a multi-currency wallet, respectively. Earlier experience encompasses a solution architect role at Deutsche Bank, and development positions at organizations such as Zurich Financial Services, VocaLink, HM Revenue & Customs, and IBM. Lloyd holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
