Helena Herrero

Helena has extensive experience in the design of solutions regarding organizational culture, leadership development, employee loyalty, and high-performance teams in the financial industry in Latin America and the United States. At FinConecta, she leads Digital Strategy Solutions.

She has a degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrano (Argentina) and a Certification in Human Resources from Cornell University. She is also a certified Executive Coach, Agile SCRUM Master, Coach, and Trainer, and has studied MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Relief) at the University of Massachusetts.
